1. GENERAL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

1.1 RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, temporarily suspend or deactivate your account, or to permanently close your account. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and at any time.

1.2 NON-DISCRIMINATION & EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

The linked websites have separate and independent privacy policies, notices and terms of use, which we recommend you read carefully. We do not have any control over such websites, and therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the manner in which the organizations that operate such linked websites may collect, use or disclose, secure and otherwise treat your personal information.

3. LOVEWORTHY COMMUNITY & GROUPS POLICIES

3.1 LOVEWORTHY COLLECTIVE FACEBOOK GROUP RULES

(a) Special needs and disabled creators only. This group was created to host special needs and disabled Creators. Access to this group is granted by LoveWorthy via subscription. Please visit our website https://loveworthy.co to sign up.

(b) 18+ Only. This group is for adults 18+ due to the large variety of artwork mediums, subjects and concepts.

(c) Content & Submissions. Mature content (nudity, sexual implications, illegal drug usage, shocking or disturbing images) or political content will be reviewed for submission on a case by case basis. While we highly encourage and respect our artists to practice their freedom of speech - in relation to their artwork and inspiration - LoveWorthy has the right to moderate any content within this group.

(d) No hate speech or bullying. Respect will be a golden rule in this group. While LoveWorthy highly encourages peer reviews and constructive criticism, bullying of any kind isn't allowed. Degrading comments of any kind will not be tolerated and could lead to comment deletion or account suspension. LoveWorthy has the right to moderate as they see fit.

(e) No spam/oversharing. Spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. Self-promotion of your work and small businesses are allowed, but oversharing will not be tolerated. Please post in moderation so that others in the group may have equal opportunity to have their posts viewed.

(g) No Cultural Appropriation. While a culture's style and aesthetic can be great inspiration, we kindly ask that you avoid adopting cultural elements of a minority group in an exploitative, disrespectful, or stereotypical way. Examples of this would be dressing up as someone from another culture as a costume, any behavior that stereotypes or puts down members of another culture.

3.2 LOVEWORTHY COHORT FACEBOOK GROUP RULES

(a) Members-Only. This group was created to host the individuals that support and guide special needs and disabled Creators. Access to this group is granted by LoveWorthy via subscription. Please visit our website https://loveworthy.co to sign up.

(b) Creator related content only. While we would like to post about every opportunity our community provides, please keep posts relevant to programs, resources and insights that would help our Creators reach their goals. The aim of this group is to crowdsource and highlight resources, ideas and information that may only be heard through word of mouth and email subscriber chains.

(c) Link your sources. To help avoid disputes and help the group find the most up to date information, please add links (if applicable) when replying on a thread. Threads that turn into heavy debates or veer off topic may be paused; meaning that commenting will be turned off as the long as the post is still present in the group.

(d) No hate speech or bullying. Respect will be a golden rule in this group. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

(f) Respect everyone's privacy. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. Solicitation messages sent outside of this group may be cause for termination of your membership.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

4.1 ARTWORK RETURN POLICY
Please choose your “Artwork” (any and all Creator/Client merchandise, goods, original artwork) carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your Artwork from LoveWorthy, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the Artwork was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the Artwork. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

4.2 APPOINTMENT REFUNDS
Appointments will be non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. If the appointment is not scheduled or used within 30 days of booking, LoveWorthy will retain 50% of the appointment fee and refund the remaining 50%.

4.3 TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Subscriber may terminate the Subscription Agreement at any time, with or without cause; however, no portion of the Subscription Price will be refunded to you for any reason. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time or contact LoveWorthy to manage subscriptions from their internal profile.

5. CONSIGNMENT CLIENTS

3.2 TIMING AND METHOD OF PAYMENTS
Payments will be made on a monthly basis, via check or direct deposit to tax-advantaged or trust accounts. Clients are required to provide LoveWorthy with their account or link information. Clients are solely responsible for the payment of any tax that arises as a result of receiving any payment from LoveWorthy, its subsidiaries, related companies, partners or licensors.

LoveWorthy will not pay Clients for sales of any product that incorporates Artwork that violates the Terms and Agreements. For example, if LoveWorthy discovers that Client’s Artwork infringes someone else's copyright or that the Client does not have the right to use the Artwork, Loveworthy reserves the right to reverse all payments for products featuring such Artwork, whether due or already paid.

6. DISCLAIMERS

6.1 OPINION DISCLAIMER.
The views and opinions expressed by those interviewed or highlighted on LoveWorthy, including all program participants, are solely their own current opinions regarding events and are based on their own perspective and opinion – it is the opinion and perspective of the interviewees. We may disable all or any social media features and any links at any time without notice in our discretion.

If the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. This includes, but is not limited to, sponsored links. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to this Website, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites.

6.4 INDEMNIFICATION OF CONSULTANT & COMPANY ENTITIES.
Client shall indemnify, defend and hold LoveWorthy, LoveWorthy staff, and any contracted Consultants harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, suits, losses, damages and judgments, joint or several, and shall pay all costs and expenses (including counsel's fees and expenses) as they are incurred in connection with the investigation of, preparation for or defense of any pending or threatened claim or any action or proceeding arising there from, that incurs as a result of having performed services on behalf of Client.
